What are the benefits of staying in a Sublime Stays Apartments?

Sublime Stay’s serviced apartments provide guests with much more flexibility, control and freedom than hotels. All apartments are fully furnished, providing a separate bedroom, living area and fully equipped kitchen. All apartments have a Netflix, Amazon Prime digital TV, and Free High-Speed Broadband Internet access. Weekly housekeeping service, including bed linen and towel changes, is standard.

What is included in the nightly rate?

The rate we quote is the rate you pay and nothing more. Rates include all utilities, a weekly housekeeping service (including fresh bed linen and towels changed weekly), WIFI internet, Internet TV (Satellite where stated), and VAT.

Can I view your serviced apartments in London prior to making a reservation?

Yes, if you plan on staying with Messiah for an extended period, we recommend you do this. To familiarise yourself with the apartment and local area, call our reservations team to arrange a viewing.

Can I extend my booking in a serviced apartment?

Yes, subject to availability. Many guests do extend their stay as plans change. If you will likely need to expand your accommodation beyond the period initially booked and paid for, contact us as soon as possible to inform us. We will always accommodate your new dates where possible; however, we cannot guarantee any extensions as this depends on availability at the time of enquiry.

Can I make a group booking in a Sublime Stays serviced apartment?

Yes, it is possible to make group bookings. Our team is on hand and familiar with working with companies that have regular teams of people coming to London. Do you provide cots and highchairs in the serviced apartment?

Yes, cots are available at an additional charge of £40 (inc vat) per stay. Please advise reservations at the time of booking.

When will I receive my booking confirmation?

You will receive a reservation confirmation and check-in instructions by email shortly after making a booking. If you don’t receive this information, please contact our reservation team BEFORE you travel. You will require this information to check in.

Do I have to stay for a minimum number of nights?

There is a minimum of two night stay per booking.

Can I make a booking with a credit card?

Yes, bookings can be made with a credit card. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Solo, Maestro and Diners. All transactions are processed in GBP (Great British Pounds).

ARRIVAL & YOUR STAY

What to expect from a serviced apartment?

A serviced apartment is similar to a hotel room with one exception, it’s not one room! So expect a home away from home, a comfortable living/dining space, a well equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences to enable you to cook what you want when you want and a separate bedroom for that all important restful night’s sleep. And of course a bathroom with either separate shower or bath with overhead shower is a feature of all apartments. As part of the weekly service, fresh towels and bed linen are provided. As standard free WIFI is provided in all apartments keeping you connected and we even provide tea/coffee and toiletries to get your stay kick started.

What time can I check in/check-out of my serviced apartment?

Check-in after 3pm/Check-out before 11am

Earlier check-ins or later check-outs may be requested, subject to availability. A surcharge of £50 each may be incurred. Please enquire when booking.

Will I be met on arrival at the apartment?

Some of our apartments operate a self-check-in procedure so you will NOT be met on arrival. In this case, you will be provided detailed check in instructions once your booking is confirmed and well ahead of your arrival.

For some of our other apartments a member of our team will come to meet and personally check you in. You will be notified when you book, which check-in procedure you will be using.

How do I collect the keys to my serviced apartment?

Following confirmation of your booking you will receive check-in and key collection instructions. Sublime Stays operates a self-check-in procedure in some of our apartments which is easy and straight forward.  You will be provided with all the information you need to collect your keys and access your apartment.

Can I have friends and family visit/stay at my apartment?

Yes, you can have friends/family to visit or stay as long as the maximum occupancy of the Apartment is not exceeded. Under the immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972 we are also required to keep a record of the full name and nationality of all guests over 16 years, so you will need to call ahead of their arrival and provide us with this information. And aside to this we will also want to make sure they are comfortable and you have adequate towels etc.

FACILITIES

Are towels and bed linen included?

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided weekly for your comfort and convenience and as part of our housekeeping service.

Do I need to bring my hairdryer with me during my stay?

There’s no need to bring your hairdryer. We’ve listened to our guests and provide these across all our apartments for your added convenience.

Do the apartments provide ironing facilities?

All apartments are provided with an iron and ironing board.

Do you provide a laundry service?

No need! Staying in a serviced apartment you’ll benefit from your very own washer and airer and complimentary laundry tablets are provided on arrival.

Do you have luggage storage facilities in the apartment?

No, you will need to take all your luggage and personal items with you when you check out. Think about this when you make your booking, if for instance you are departing later in the day, you may want to consider booking an extra night so there’s no need for an early start, just stay in you apartment until you are ready to leave.

Alternatively you can use an online luggage service available with sites across London where you can store your luggage for the day for a charge.

Is WIFI available in the apartments?

We understand speed is king which is why we continue to invest in ‘Fast Fibre’, the next generation internet provision to ensure that you get a good internet surfing experience. However, like anywhere speeds do vary across the country.

Will my apartment be cleaned and how often?

Yes, of course all apartments are professionally cleaned on a weekly basis and this includes fresh bed linen and towels.
