The keys are in the lockbox located at the right side of the building.

CAR PARK:

Designated free parking at the front of the building. No permits required.

Bin Stores are on the left of the entrance.

Fire blankets provided in the kitchen cupboard.

HOT WATER & CENTRAL HEATING:

Hot water and central heating are available in the apartment. It is both electric and gas.

IRON, IRONING BOARD:

Iron and Ironing boards are located in the storage.

WASHING MACHINE/DRYER:

Washing Machine is located in the kitchen. There is a separate dryer/airer located in the storage.
